Renovating Investment Property

Aaron Barfield
Posted

Good day, I am new on this platform. Is there a recommended lender that can provide a bridge loan, not based on credit or income, so I can finish renovating my triplex? I will repay the loan when I refinance with my current mortgage provider at the ARV. Thanks
