I have basically used my income and savings to fund these deals plus the holding costs, and even though I can take my time and have the rehab/s completed at a leisurely pace or so, that is the slow-slow approach and isn't quite the plan I had in mind from the beginning.

We then become their "lender" for a few years while they continue to improve their credit and financial picture.That said, here is what I find when I take back the home ( read: evict and/or they move out before the lease is up): new 50-60 inch flat screen TV boxes in the garage, DirecTV set tops in all bedrooms ( that they do not live up to the original agreement with DirecTV and return the rented boxes), all of our original lightbulbs replaced with odd, irregular, different color bulbs in most of the lamp sockets ( a 5 socket light fixture that we installed with the correct bulbs will have 3 bulbs at most- none matching - why?!!)

As part of their package, if you have an active Chamber membership, you're able to use the working space (some tables, chairs, lounge area with projection TV, coffee and soda refreshments.

If you won't be cooking for yourself/need a kitchen, then I a hotel.But, it is all about your budget.Is this trip for work or leisure?

I've considered a TV ad on a local station, print ads in a local paper and a couple of local magazines, park benches/bus stops ( in high traffic areas near my farm area), and facebook ads.  

It's been out of print for twenty years or more.It was only when he ventured into late night TV commercials that his Free & Clear stuff got him into trouble (probably because people had to get out of their pajamas and actually go do something). 

I don't watch TV. 

I'm not Minh Le, nor do I play him on TV, but would think Portland, Seattle, Austin, and Raleigh would fit that description, though prices have already run up in those markets, just not a high as SF.
