I've been through more downs than ups and am looking to re-energize my business (and make it more profitable!)

I live in Baltimore, MD and I am excited to meet all the amazing people out here on BP platform and learn as much as possible.Personally, I am a physical therapist working full time in Baltimore, MD and studying online to be a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

My lease states this: (still working on the correct legal wording) Emotional Support Animals (ESA):Tenant will provide a copy of letter from a licensed mental health professional (therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist -NOT the family doctor) on his/her letterhead that states the person is under his/her care, is emotionally or psychiatrically disabled, and prescribes for the person an emotional support animal.

Hey, are you a therapist too?

I am a Physical Therapist in Austin TX and recently purchased my first home with my wife.

I would also caution any landlord that would deny a tenant with a legitimate service animal or ESA who has been prescribed by another type of healthcare professional not specifically named in the HUD guidance memo such as an occupational therapist or physical therapist. 

I am 24 years old, and work full time as a physical therapist assistant and part time as a licensed mortgage loan originator.

As a therapist and real estate investor, I have commented on several of these posts, however it is difficult to explain in as much detail as I would like. 

I’ve cut my work as a therapist back to 20 appointments a week now in order to dedicate more time to run our real estate businesses.
