hey guys,

My name is Majour Bey and I'm from northern Nj. I've been positioning myself to get into real estate for about a year and a half and I feel like 2016 is my year to pull trigger. I am 24 years old, and work full time as a physical therapist assistant and part time as a licensed mortgage loan originator. I grew up watching my father thrive in real estate, he owned two , 2FR and one 3FR. I'm unable to learn from him now, and I'm ready to venture out on my own. I've also read the book, "FLIP" by Nick Ruiz on whole selling. I thought it was great content. Wondering if anybody else has read this book and used its suggested approaches to get their first deal done?  Also wondering where would be a good place to get started.. Dover, Morristown and the Paterson area have come to mind.
