It was a shocking realization that URGENT action needed to be taken.

LOL...just did some numbers and realized, based on just a per diem ROR, my PL's would be crazy not to want to do this.

.- Then I checked out the Detroit market and realized that the job and population growth has declined in the past few years and landlords are finding it hard to fill the vacancies.- Lastly, I checked out the Colorado market (especially Colorado and Colorado Springs), and the property prices are high there and hence, it won't cash flow there either.Hence, while I want to begin my journey, I am not sure where to start.

I think a lot of us that get dropped don't realize that these companies are in this to make a profit.

But it was the first realization that maybe real estate was not the best use of our focus.

I realized that my competition was reaching the target audience faster and more efficiently.Wholesaling is not about convincing someone to sell you their house; it's about finding sellers who are in need of your service as a wholesaler.
