What do you prefer and what is the big pictures... just food for thoughts to consider before taking your decision...But first, the numbers, researches of the market now and compare many deals.... can analyze 8 deals in 2 minutes when you get your numbers straights, ROI, DSCR, cap rate, etc + graphics... for both buy and hold and fix and flips... 

That would seem to me that you'd want to follow similar strategies that successful bed n breakfasts  & other funky airbnbs do: find a blog that pulls out fun & wacky listings, see if you can get it showcased there.

The simple  is the common BOOKMARK, butTo make a saved article searchable on my pc:file menu->save page as.... format choice->Web Page Complete This creates a clickable HTM or HTML file and a folder of the same name full of the graphics required by the HTML. 

I booked a flight to Cincinnati that day (in part because we had friends that lived there and loved it and it met the initial tests of growth and price ranges we were looking for).I also ran lots of numbers off of Loopnet, Commercial Search,  and Showcase.

You can also try instagram and you tube videos that showcase your facility and any differentiating factors your facility may pride itself on.

My wife is a degree holding graphic designer, photographer and web designer, so our marketing and imagery for the home will be spectacular.
