New Member from Albany, NY
Hello everyone!
I'm brand new to the world of real estate investing and am excited about learning and getting my feet wet in the near future.
I currently live in Albany, NY and am originally from a few hours south in the Hudson Valley region of NY.
My girlfriend, a graphic designer, and I own a small non-fiction publishing company that we operate from our home. We are actively growing that company in addition to pursuing real estate investing.
My current goal is to 'house hack' a multifamily property by June 2017. I'll be creating some additional goals as I progress further in my education.
