Is Oakland REALLY about to have a tech boom, making anything SFR purchased at the 2019 price a cashflow monster in 2024? 

I am trapped in no-confidence-because-of-the-past paralysis and the horror of possibly not ever being able to get rid of this monster called a mortgage, that is set to outlive me.

A semester before finishing I switched to Robotics Engineering thinking I could get a nice wage as an engineer and invest on the side. 2 semesters before getting my B.S in Mechatronics in Cal State Chico, I got forced out of school due to financial aid being cut because undocumented students had a time limit of 2 years with financial aid that I did not know about in California.

Unfortunately, being the frugal monster I have turned into,  I don't have any personal possessions that I could sell off. 

My studies are way outside contracting into change implementation with robotics and human staff merger.

The chat robot tells me that they do service Philadelphia.

People who smoke pot are usually calm and easy to get along with...many are just assuming this kid is some kind of monster who refuses to follow rules and he's gonna get momma evicted.
