Getting Started in Real Estate

Hello everyone! I am new to real estate investing but I have been educating myself for the past few months. I have an hour drive to my W-2 which allows me to listen to many podcasts. I do not have enough money to comfortably flip or rent yet so I am trying to get started out with wholesaling. From then I would love to buy a duplex that I could house hack and go from there.
