Building a duplex in Mid-Missouri is exciting progress.

Some items I think should qualify, such as: time spent monitoring rehab progress/talking to contractortime spent talking to vendors & placing orders time spent talking to PM/CPA/attorney regarding my properties;time spent reviewing statements/invoicestime spent preparing mortgage application,  tax filingtime spent writing contracts with contractors, PM, equity partners etc Some items I'm not sure.

Take note that most of these zones will not have much investment, but if you can identify the areas that are in the path of progress, I think there is a great opportunity for upside.

The path of progress has been moving from Cancun to Tulum through Playa del Carmen. 

I don't have 2 years of work history, but I do plan to work a W2 job until I start seeing progress in my rental estate journey.
