Someone will try to tackle this industry--we're motivated to be the ones to take a shot at it.Our product and experience are not fit for everyone and it's, by no means, as great as an experience as we'd hope.

I don't understand why anyone would take that approach when trying to sell a product.

Relying on parking companies to manage and improve your "product" is paramount.  

You have a product that is worth $2,000 a month.

And for sure in the BTR products that are basically built fast and to much lower standards than our builds I can see issues with that product. 

Put out a good product.

It's for me and my kids really, but it has a history of being productive on Airbnb and isn't a huge spend vs. return.

Am I SOL or has anyone find a loophole or different product that will allow for this type of scenario?
