There are three degrees of separation… the 1040 to the K-1 to the 1065 to the 8825.Downsides include the additional tax return preparation fees and perhaps unnecessary state taxes such as California’s franchise tax and LLC fee which can be summarized as money-grabs or pleasure to do business in our state fees.

Eather way if that dog gets to the fence onto your property you can expect it to bite someone, so fixing the fence to prevent that is probably smart.

Cities will either not be able to comply or select sites that are currently zoned and used for purposes other than housing.This can lead to more complications with lawsuits and other administrative challenges that in addition to absorbing time and money prevent additional housing units from being built.
