21 August 2017 | 22 replies

Chase Gibson Owner Financing - Ethics Question

I still think it would be pretty distasteful to pretend one position and then take another, but the seller certainly has the ability to read (and have his/her lawyer read) the contract before signing.

Matt Turcutto HELP Discouraged flipper with dismal direct mail campaign results

As for your letters (more opinions are about to arrive) they are EXACTLY what I thought they would be; that regurgitated garbage everyone who pretends they are a marketer mails out thinking just because, "I have cash, I close quick, I buy As-Is, I, I, I do this, I do that, Look at me, me, me" people are going to call them up and throw deeds at them.No USP.

If I pretend to be old Fannie, my answer would be something like:OK there buddy if you have all these cash-flow-positive rock solid rental properties making oodles and oodles of money, why is it so hard to pay some of the mortgages off?
