If you are not CEO of the company - you're just a poor player on the market You can expect the dividends if it's the right kind of the paper, however, to get a capital gain, you have to sell at the right time and cut off the dividends.I'll take rental in B or C class any day over a stock or bond or whatever is on the paper - tushiery wealth :)If I know the market well, I'll take even D class - that's where you get 40-50% ROI.
