I spoke with 3-4, and the fact this company really brought passion and enjoyed their work was obvious in our phone call in their tone of voice, level of detail and the owner's personality.

Though, I am looking only to fix and flip (fulfill) my passion.

If your passion truly is to focus on something REI pick a degree that parallels with it in some way that allows you to love doing your 9-5 job while you gain experience and save money to eventually be a full time REI.
