@Mark Elliott This is definitely a tough area to invest - hopefully the solar plant and some of the other things going on out your way help to bring it back, but until taxes change I don't think we'll see any meaningful gains in the long term.Personally, once I'm comfortable enough to do so myself (rather than go turnkey or something else) I plan on looking for better/growing markets in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

I used to put emphasis on looking for someone with good employment history(minimum 1yr), tell them that I'll do a credit check and how I'd look for references from non-relatives i.e. their previous landlord(s) would be contacted.
