@Sean Autry we had a tenant whose bigazz dog tore up oak hardwood flooring & I wish I still had the pics.

I always make sure the paint is not peeling or chipping (which I would do anyway).

There is also lead paint, which is not necessarily a concern, but I was always telling our manager to be on the lookout for any chipping or flaking.
