How old of a property is too old?
Hey everyone!
What would you consider "too old" of a property? What questions do you ask when looking at an older property? Concerns? I was looking at an older Duplex (1925) it was remodeled but I can't help but feel uneasy about such an old property.
Thanks!

If it's in a cave with "Ugg lived here" scribbled on the walls, id be concerned. Older properties remodeled correctly are OK. If you are nervous invest in a Home Inspector to do a pre purchase inspection. Choose an inspector who is through has a portable computer. They are very through, Not "Joe the inspector" who has a hard time getting up and down a ladder.
