As they say, your network is your net worth.Using the master mind group as a platform, I am hoping to share CRE investing strategies, learn about different CRE asset classes, use each other as a sounding board to bounce ideas around, potentially partner on larger deals if we have complementary skill sets, and most importantly share our passion for CRE.About myself - I was born and raised in the Bay Area and transplanted to OC. 

The platform I use is DoorLoop but it does have a monthly subscription fee.

Regulations are a bit gray and ever-changing around texting right now because it's still new (and those overseas fly-by-night orgs haven't missued the technology yet), however most companies now agree that peer-to-peer does not require consent since the platform is "manual" and not an ATDS.

This platform is called account management and basically eliminates my bookkeeper.

Similar to the data, the for sale listings are mostly office and retail, with hardly anything useful for multi-family.Also, be aware that their platform is un-user-friendly.
