Best way to collect rent?

Hey guys, what is the best way to collect rent? I have one unit and this is my first rental? I would like a safe, user-friendly, trackable way for tenants to pay their rent to me. I have gone through forums and seen a lot about not using p2p apps like Venmo and Zelle. I have also seen alot about Buildium, Avail, ect. Some of these seem to be handy if I had more than one unit, but I am trying to make it the most cost efficient as possible.

I have TenantCloud and it's pretty good, they get the app or pay on the website! I would recommend, cheap too!
