Originally from Pennsylvania, retired from the Navy in 2018, moved to Boise, ID (where I am now), and decided I want to buy my first investment property this year.

At closing you will sign a document that says this will be your primary residence, that you will move in within 60 days and live there for at least the next year.

I’m planning to move what I have in stock market ($2.5-3Mil) to buy a good realestate.

Our daughter lives three block from there and we thought eventually she possibly could move in there.

Many of the investors i work with start buying in their own name and then move the investments to an LLc after you acquire a few. 

So when you build your pocket neighborhood, which is an interesting concept, what's to stop an undesirable person from moving in.
