Hello BP colleagues,In the podcast, and other topics there is no shortage of good books to gain knowledge on investing in real estate and all its aspects.But I’m looking for an more in depth course or book on where to buy real estate, maybe some history include with how city migration develops.We all intuitively know that sea view is better than dump view but what are the basics of real estate?

Your numbers should match your intuition and yes, there's only a subset of properties that make sense to buy from an investment perspective.

You can expand to the others later, but I find them to be the most intuitive, and they do all your marketing for you. :) (once your listing is live, make sure you go back and add the cleaning fee and poke around at the different settings!
