Hello BP colleagues,

In the podcast, and other topics there is no shortage of good books to gain knowledge on investing in real estate and all its aspects.

But I’m looking for an more in depth course or book on where to buy real estate, maybe some history include with how city migration develops.

We all intuitively know that sea view is better than dump view but what are the basics of real estate? What is historically been the best spot to buy?
