Amit, Back in 2011, right in the intersection of Old Atlanta Rd and McGinnis Ferry (division line of Johns Creek and South Forsyth) there was a big red sign from the Riverbrooke subdivision stating "Brand New Homes" starting from the $160s.

I'm from Austin, born & raised, and I tell all my friends and family that San Antonio real estate market is Austin's....5 years ago, now look where Austin is at :) "South Austin" is now Buda/Kyle and you can literally see the intersection where the development ends...new aparments are being built, starbucks just posted in front of 3 large apartment complexes being built, and the growth will continue until the edges of Austin and SA meet in the middle.
