Considering buying a 3 br 2.5 ba townhome in Parkville zip 21234 in the Baltimore County,near the intersection of Hillsway Ave and Perring Pkwy.Price $70k ,around 20k renovations  see rents around $1100-$1200 for similar properties in the area.Anyone familiar with this area that can provide input would he appreciated.
