These houses will have 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 fridges, plus entertainment like a streaming Blu Ray player, HDTV, kegorator, fire ring with fire wood outside, ping pong, darts, exercise equipment and free weights, etc. 

So I saw a lot of nice looking fridges for ~$1700-1800 that (it says here) retail for over $3k.

This gave us a better kitchen layout and a more natural space to put the fridge and extra cabinets.Outside we installed two new driveways and a walkway that improved the water drainage and added safety to the front porch access.

4) Any recommendations with regards to brands/models of appliances (fridge, oven, washer/dryer, etc.) that are the most durable and cost efficient?

I try to only do Fridge, AC, and Oven.

Hello BP community :)Ran into a little issue tonight - found that when I "fixed" my fridge's drain pan to stop my freezer from forming huge ice sheets at the bottom of the fridge, I caused some kind of leak. 24 hours later, my wife noticed the warping laminate near the fridge.

Usually the rentals already have a fridge, stove, microwave, etc..  

Flipping a house and wanted to know is $1500 a good price for a fridge, micro, dishwasher and range.

They had the power turned off and left a ton of food in the fridge.

Because you have groceries, and you are them in the house and put them into the fridge and freezerAdjoining the kitchen I think it's a good place for a "great room" facing the backyard tooIdeally upstairs is for four bedrooms or three bedrooms and a study.
