One of my requirements for agents that join my team is that they need to own investment properties or plan to invest within 1 year.

: I just don't know of more fruited plan than South Texas.

However, now that I am seeing the fruits of owning just a single property, I'm hooked on rentals. 

They always have ads for agencies that check credit.We (my wife and I) own several fairly large apartment buildings and never did a credit check.

It can even be fruitful to make a connection with nurse placement agencies as recommended lodging.

But the trust will have these three parties.The grantor creates and funds the trust; the trustee manages the trust; and the beneficiary enjoys the fruits of the trust.So, the grantor is whoever created and funded the trust.
