Another thing is if we can export  the phone numbers with the addresses that would be a game changer. oh yeah, is RVM coming up soon as well?

I've heard you can export all this data and send it to your CPA during next year's tax season.   

1) Use a tool like Prop Stream to search for cash buyers near your subject property & skip trace through Skip Genie or Spokeo.2) Pull sold transactions out of the MLS in your zip code and call the brokers/ask if they still have cash buyers. 3) Export LLC's and Absentee owned properties in your zip code sold in the past 6 months - a year out of list source skip trace and call or mail them. 4) Search your city in the massive FB groups.

If you run everything through that then at the end of the year you can export and organize a P&L on excel.

I can generate the good list from the program but then I have to export it to a cheaper/more dependable skip-tracing program, then import it back for my campaigns.

I pull in the income by exporting from Vrbo and add in a handful of off site rentals.
