But not sure trading 1 job for another is what you are looking for (although 1 may allow more freedom to not have to be in the Library every day). 

Every day your house isn't listed thats a day you forgo potentially getting your asking price.

The answer is zero, however, I tried to explain that I work for a real estate development company and I run multimillion-dollar projects every day (over 200 MF and 80 SFD in the last 4 years) but that was not enough to convince them.

Layoffs and mergers by necessity are happening almost every day.

Working my fulltime job and starting on the side isn't an option for us it absorbs 12-14 hours of my day everyday.
