Anywhere outside of Tampa is good, plant city, Brandon also look in to Polk County, Lakeland, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Bartow.

Another thing I've done is to plant perennial flowers, especially multipliers like lilies and daisies.

If you don’t have enough capital, keep saving, strengthen your income and work on sharpening all the other bullets above.If you are 20 years old and your risk profile isn’t great, your job today might be to build capital earn trust and build relationships with professionals that may want to do business with you in the future. it is always good to plant the seeds network with professionals in advance.

Private and public utilities is a common term when describing water and sewer source.. private well, septic tank, waste water plant lagoon are tricky when underwriting the expenses..

I have a tenant in TN that has been gradually building a pretty extensive garden in the backyard (property has a huge backyard) and transformed the garage into the green house, where they grow lots of starter plants.

I in fact explored option to buy land and get the solar plant setup or lease to farmers etc. but seems hassle and no guarantee there.
