Tampa Bay Florida Feedback

Hello All,

I am looking for some general feedback on the Tampa Bay Florida area in regards to multi-family rental properties.

I am looking at Tampa mainly because it meets my budget criteria of 200K max per property.

I am sure this has been a topic of discussion in the past but I wanted to get current feedback since the market is always changing.

unfortunately, 200k in Tampa will get you a multifamily property in a undesirable area.
