After drinking a lot of wine one night with a roommate, we began discussing the colors things turn in the fridge after they go bad, and thought a fridge magnet would be a great seller. 

They're just dirt magnets and one more thing to fix. 

So far for me one big red flag been "does this person play the victim and/or a drama magnet?"

And they leak.Don't know what bead blasting is, but a white screen sounds kind of weird and like a dirt magnet to me lol.  

Make sure your tenants understand their rights and obligations as stipulated on the contract.Each of my rental units has fridge magnets with the contact information of my plumber, pest control guy, and electrician on it for the tenants to contact directly.

The car has magnetic signs tree service , landscaping , power washing .

If you have an angle grinder grab a $5 diamond cutting disk and use that to cut the lip off if you don’t want to spend $40 renting a concrete cutter for a 3 minute job.
