He was teaching it in small digestible bites that were easy to understand instead of these crazy drawn out lecture style modules that I had gotten used to.

There are a couple of older editions floating around on Amazon, but I don't know what's different about them.There are a couple of older books by Reader's Digest that you might find at a used bookstore or something. 

There's a lot to digest here.

In our area, this is the hottest real estate market we haveknown. 1/200 houses would be digested without any impact to thelocal market.

If you told them you wanted to chat about the market then you did for 20 minutes, they may be expecting you to digest the information and get back to them with a decision on whether you want to invest there. 

Yes @William Hochstedler I agree mostly, and yes a decimal can be shown as a fraction, in relation to the whole.I understand that some of my posts need to be read several times to be digested and understood, I'm working on that.

Wow again, was not expecting so many responses, still reading through and digesting.

It really helps to break the process down and make it more digestible. 

I think for this forum/audience it might be more than most can digest.
