Home maintenance reference

Good afternoon!

*Can anyone recommend a really good reference book that outlines ongoing house maintenance to-do, a schedule for frequency, and DIY instructions?*

I am closing on my first real estate purchase, which is a house hack. I plan to split into 2 units, live in one and use the other as a short term/vacation rental.

Up to this point I have always rented. I don't know anything about the basic maintenance home ownership requires, like when to change filters, caulk, clean gutters, etc. I can find handful of related books just Googling, but I'd love to get the experienced input from this group!
