Pace Morby Sub To Mentorship

Rebecca Rae
Posted

Hello

I am considering Pace Morby's mentorship. Does anyone have experience with this mentorship?  It is quite expensive but has lots to offer.  I had another mentorship that was much smaller and she was able to walk along side somewhat.  She had her own business to work on.  But because it was so small there were few students to partner with.  Do I go with the small mentorship program or with a larger group that has many resources but cannot walk along side on such a personal level?

depends on your personal finances.. real estate require money to transact. so if you can pay cash for the mentorship. And you have 50 to 100k to actually buy a deal and another 25 to 50k in reserves then sure go for it. if not then your risking blowing all your money and starting over.

Sub too while great for those with cash is not an easy thing to do.. I was taught sub to by my dad in the late 70s and through the  80s and we have done hundreds of them since then.. Its simply not an easy thing to do .. finding the buyers that will do sub to takes a lot of work and talent.  unless of course your going to over pay for the property then its easier.
