I've been reading and consuming content for 8 months, my husband and I are working to save our first 25k, and I have a hefty student loan bill I'm paying down. 

I'm already doing things such as, sharing tools to analyze deals, analyzing deals as a group, sharing content related to real estate, looking for guest speakers and subject matter experts to come share their knowledge, and sharing the little experience that I do have.

Thanks to BP for the incredible amount of content available, I've learned so much since I stumbled onto this website a few months back and know it'll be an invaluable resource going forward!

I'd say consume as much content as you can.

Having set up a Buisness page and posting content on a daily basis, i gained a following very quickly.
