Greetings,

I just started a Real Estate interest group at my work and I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to provide value to the group. I'm already doing things such as, sharing tools to analyze deals, analyzing deals as a group, sharing content related to real estate, looking for guest speakers and subject matter experts to come share their knowledge, and sharing the little experience that I do have. There have been two meet-ups and so far people have been responding well to it. I work at a huge aerospace company and seem to find more and more people everyday at work with the same interest in real estate. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

-Ruben
