Brushing away decades of cobwebs about money out of my head has been a key part of my adult learning.

I scrubbed with a mildew/mold remover and brush for about an hour and still couldn't get it all off.Other info... 

I also rotated free gym memberships so I could shower when both bathrooms were ripped apart, and I often carried my toothbrush with me to Home Depot so I could brush in their bathroom..haha! 

No matter the economy people don't stop brushing their teeth, eating or cutting off their prescribed meds; similarly, they never stop needing some place to live (though they may substitute lower cost alternatives, so higher end rentals may be more at risk).

Don't paint with a broad brush as others seem to do and assume that all wholesalers fall into this category, just as all realtors and others don't fall into this category based on a few bad experiences.It sounds like the wholesaler didn't really have it under contract but was maybe just trying to feel out the lead before they did, which is terrible and not how good wholesalers do things.

This is allowing me to brush up on some skills that one i haven't used in a few years and two learn some new skills in the construction filed, like dry walling.

She's motivated because even though I actually tried to brush her off to another wholesaler because she's just outside my farm area, she keeps calling and emailing me as if the sell is urgent. 

I am always amused when people talk in broad terms like the Chicago market or Scottsdale market, and paint with broadest possible brush.
