I'm a real estate agent in New Hampshire and my brokerage sells a lot of land.

I'm eager to connect with more agents looking to grow their business and Investors interested in collaborating with an investment-friendly brokerage.

But, if you have a Buyer Brokerage Agreement signed with her, she does have a fiduciary responsibility to you. 

You need to join a brokerage that is not a member of the board.

Hi,Need good advice-after working over 10 years as an analyst and a bit as leasing agent-What type of sales brokerage to join.

@Mark Cotter I am a firm believer that San Diego is one of the best markets to invest and even though the data would confirm what I am saying for the past half century or so, I still recognize I am biased as I am a local investor with single family and multifamily properties locally and of course am in brokerage also.  

try The One Brokerage - I believe they will do HELOCs on rentals (if you have enough equity)
