Getting over the hump of furnishing is the most challenging part, but I have a great person who can help if you want.

I think this will help get me over the hump from comparing to actually choosing one!

When I started in Oakland Ca in the 80s all of our 50 million we had out was investors and all the loans were fractionalized thats how it was done prior to  us being able to get Bank Guidance lines and then after the crash ( 2008) about 2012 walls st. jumps in and as Jeff describes they are anything but consistent with their funding models.

Also would wholesaling in the US be allowed without being a US citizen?

HomeVestors marketing made all the difference for us being able to find these deals on a weekly basis.All that being said, the best way to start is by attending all the local investor meetings you can to start networking with others who are successfully doing what you want to do and to find all the locals that you'll end up working with.

With us being at a high in both the housing market and STR demand, I wouldn't recommend stretching now.
