It certainly show some impressive analytics but it is impossible to quantify exactly how much of my business has been generated from those ads, its simply looks and clicks.That being said, I had trouble with the payment process, I had some promotional coupons and they ended up running out and they never really notified me of it and I ran it a little too long (oops).I got some pretty decent results from paid facebook promotions for posts.- Dale Moody

This is a gentrifying area that started gentrifying about 10 years ago, and has seen some of the highest appreciation over the last 5 years in the city. 4 unit properties are pretty hard to quantify in DC, as we just have a small stock of multis.

There are alot of other hidden costs to being a GC (licensing, tools, trucks, insurance, etc) that are not direct costs and hard to quantify per job.Sure, everyone thinks the idea of having a GC with ownership stake will somehow make him more trustworthy and reliable.
