@Joe S.Thanks for the feedback Joe, I like to keep the property tax separate because when it fluctuates the lender either overcharges or undercharges sends me the remaining balance in mail that I can easily lose track of and also during refinance it’s much cleaner without having to deal with the prepaid but I do agree it’s much safer escrowing.
