It's usually a browser incompatibility issue.

There are many bookmarking tools out there . . . people were not using ours and it just added bloat to our site, so it is not an option.That said, every browser also has bookmaking tools, and anyone can print, email, or share their favorite content via their favorite social networks to help track those they like best.Karen M. - Thank you for the feedback.

It doesn't matter if I'm using the app or using BP within the chrome browser, when I type @ and the person's name, nothing shows up.

I submitted a ticket to them about some of the issues,  I was told they are working on it and the suggestion was to use the device browser in the mean time. 

@Pitt Browser I would suggest mysmartmove.comYou just need to create an account, send the link to the potential tenant and then they pay for the background check and credit check.

Hey @Alderio Burton there should be an option in the app, but the best way to do it is through a regular browser/computer.
