Do you know any females who have a good decorating genetic (50% of the renters are females).If so, maybe head on down to Home Depot with her, and take some pics and note the part numbers of items that will make a pleasant attractive look for your project.Then rather that let somebody who really doesn't care about the marketability of your units make the choices, you will have a much more marketable offer for the prospective renters.Use extend length oval toilets vs the round ones, and do not put carpet in the bathroom.When buying think marketability of the unit and ease of cleaning as well as current tastes of potential renters.You want to have a marketable offer for your prospective rents.Good Luck! 

Aloha,With an injury potentially involved, the PM should preserve the evidence...either the entire range (at least a photo of it in place, as is), or at minimum the coil, drip pan, and female connection block.

Looking for a female roommate.

The roommates found one another, I did not place them together. 3 female and 1 male roommate. 

I would like a female, if possible?

Also, from my experience if you make an effort to rent to female college students then you will have less of a chance of having damage to the premesis.

Males will go around the edges and corners of furniture and females will spot everywhere.
