World Class Title does business in Florida and we have our own Investor Division. 

If the division came down on them it's because they were doing something fraudulent or not being completely open about there business.

As the relationship progressed so did my responsibilities, I was knocking on doors on houses that were in preforeclosure, going to auctions at the county courthouse, and I was putting in offers by my lonesome all while playing division one football and getting my degree.  

Maybe ask the brokers that are ok with wholesaling if they will be at your side if the division sanctions your license...Wholesaling is fine...I really don't have anything personal against wholesalers...it's really comical what 99% of these guys bring to the table and call a "deal" What you have to remember as an agent is transparency and disclosure.

Some of the big players in our area are sitting on around hundred a piece with tons of room in the sub division.One of the real big players blew in 5 or 6 roads in a huge sub division poured around 25 basement before winter rates went into play and they are still sitting as open basement to this day.In my area subs have become super greedy and want a fortune.
