If something breaks and they're not shopping around for deals with contractors, is this the person you want to be working with? 

FHA Loans are going to be essentially the same regardless of who you go with so probably just makes sense to shop for a few and pick the lender you are most comfortable with

As well as coffee shops like Bottoms Up Coffee are moving in and small microbreweries like brew dog and Land Grant.

Based on my own research and more importantly nearby comps, they'll expect a shower system with body jets, rainfall head etc and I don't mean one of those panels that has all that on a single panel, they want a luxury shower!

Work with someone that has access to Minoan or HostGPO, and shop at HomeGoods, Tj Maxx, HomeSense, and Ikea.

Work with a broker that can shop the market for you and your particular situation(s).  

Find good land in a good location, and set up shop? 

Also, if you shop around you can do better on some prices. 

I rent multiple rooms, farmland and shop space.
