Hi,I am looking at pre-construction deal from the "Market Makers" (realmarketmakers.com) in Houston (Gosling Village) and was wondering if anyone had any experience with the company?

I am an ex Angeleno living in Hot Springs Village AR.

This little two square mile village just does not get much traction.  

Checked your site, nice info on places like The Villages, though having to use a bottom slide bar to read was a minor irritation.

We vacation annually not far from Dolphin Village.

A bit bizarre.Property + school + possible village / town taxes in places like E Syr and Fayetteville might eat your margins alive.

The Crenshaw District, Leimert Village, and Inglewood seem to be poised for future rejuvenation and gentrification.  

I'm dealing with a small house in Pigtown/ Washington Village that I'm trying to fill with a renter.
