Always said to myself the people that separate successful from unsuccessful is dedication!! 

Because the inventory is so low, you really need someone that has the time and attention to dedicate to your home search. 

Ladies and gents,I am currently grinding out the required hours of education with the somewhat overly optimistic goal of being at least ready to test by the end of my college semester so I can dedicate all of my time to being an agent.

I'm newer to real estate, I dedicate four hours a day to learning more information about real estate.

Reason: The average home owner wasn't in a cash crunch and could afford to ride out the bad times.Many investors dedicate a portion of their portfolio to higher potential return properties for this exact reason.

From a business standpoint, I always recommend separating your STR financials into a dedicated checking account. 

So it usually seems IMPOSSIBLE to find the time, energy or money to pursue it further, but we have both decided to dedicate ourselves towards the long-term goal of transitioning into successful, full-time investors.

I know one big PM in the area that said he dedicates one of his smaller multi's (8 or 12 I think) entirely to these tenants. 

Is your money committed to a particular project or did you just take the loan out but so far it's not dedicated anywhere?

There are several that have somewhat regular listings but it's not like the big cities where there are whole firms dedicated to multis.
