Alan Kirkham is WealthAbility’s client success manager who is amazing at lying about doing things he has no intention of doing like providing a refund.

Their marketed numbers were WAY too optimistic/basically were a lie.

At the end of the day, projections vs actuals are only relevant if you have some faith that the syndicators are not lying to you.  

He paid a month, skipped payment a month, paid for a month and a half (one month being the unpaid month), negotiated payment for upcoming months, lied about what he said he'd do, made a partial payment, promised to pay unpaid rent, then ultimately skipped out without paying for multiple months of rent.

But let's not kid ourselves into some BS lie that it's "learning".     

From my current real estate experience the new saying should be “a picture of a thousand lies”.
