If you get quickbooks desktop pro if you don't renew annually I assume it is like my desktop 2020 you can still use it but things won't download from your bank and credit card into quickbooks.

I like that the HELOC functioned more as a credit card, and I only had to pay for what I used, so I had 200K of equity on hand, but only had to pay the interest on 120K.

@Francisca MacThere are many ways you can adjust all the settings… but the short “as it comes setup out of the box” answer is that there is no charge to a tenant to make a payment using a routing number and account number to post a payment.If the tenant opts use a credit / debit  card, there is a convenience fee charged for the use of the card.
